The Petition Drive for “Parks For Public, Not Profit Act” to amend the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code, Starts January 21, 2026.

The residents of Santa Ana have the ability to establish guardrails to protect our public parks, athletic fields and facilities from privatization and commercialization. Keeping our public parks low cost, with access to everyone, is essential to maintaining a healthy community.

Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) parks, athletic fields and facilities are where privatization and commercialization belong, not infecting our public parks. The “Parks For Public, Not Profit Act” will ensure our parks have low cost access, and access for all.
